If you like your yusheng with a higher fish-to-veggies ratio (and who doesn’t?), their Abalone & Salmon with Gold Foil Lo Hei in ‘Shun De’ Style features generous handfuls of fresh salmon and braised abalone blanketing sweet potato shreds.
